Pick-up and drop-off service

• The Pick-up and drop-off service is only possible if you have already rented a car from us in the past 30 days. Or stop by the branch in advance to get your information in order.
• The service is available Mondays through Fridays between 8.30 am and 5.30 pm;
• Home delivery and/or collection of the rental car is only possible at a home address located within a 20 kilometer radius of the Avis location;
• The minimum age of the driver is 21;
• The service is available for passenger and commercial vehicles (not freight trucks);
• The kilometers driven, fuel costs and any parking costs are at the customer's expense.
